Basic TMS Contract
Domestic maintenance: Electrical / Plumbing / Carpentry / Civil

- Regular plumbing repairs like leakages, parts replacements in washroom/kitchen etc. managed by proficient plumbers

AC Services
- In-house, skilled AC technicians
- Quarterly services i.e. once in three months
- Total of 4 services annually (2 wet + 2 dry)

Pest Control Services
- Certified and trusted pest control vendor
- Professional and experienced technicians
- Long-lasting, non-toxic gel treatment for cockroaches
- Spray treatment for wet areas to keep ants at bay

Coordination with the Society and the Landlord
